PURCHASE CONDITIONS

  1. PAYMENT METHODSCredit card and bank transfer. For transfers send an email to info@rodisseny.com and we will provide the information.
  2. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIMINGSThe articles are made by order, and it can take up to 7 days to complete them. From that moment on, we ship by certified mail, and the arrival time will vary depending on the destination address. Approximately, shipments to Spain take 5 days, to Europe 10-15 days, 30 days for the rest of the countries.
    Shipping costs are € 5 for Spain, € 10 outside Spain, without additional charges for a second or third product.
  3. CHANGESProduct changes are allowed within 7 days of receipt (shipping costs borne by the customer). Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
